Parents with multiple children may purchase a "share" Ticket Book(s) only as follows:
ONLY 20 Class Ticket Book tickets may be shared and only by mother, father, sister, brother. ALL sharing siblings MUST register at the same time on this one Registration Form. Only pre-registered siblings may share. Friends/visitors/relations may not. Guests - even one time - are permitted ONLY for those purchasing Gold Memberships (available on the next page). Ticket Books for Sibling Sharing will be sold ONLY until July 15th.
You MUST inform the Registrar at purchase time that you intend to share by checking this box and inserting the remaining student's information in the spaces below. If you are trying to register more than 3 students, please accept our heartfelt sympathies and telephone 631-267-7910! But first, complete your registration for the three students.
